Gerald W.
Eagans has been in practice with Redwine and Sherrill since
1982. During that time, he has established a practice
representing small and medium-sized businesses and individuals in
real estate, with substantial activity in the development of
residential, industrial and commercial property; business
transactions, including corporate, partnership and limited
liability company matters; and taxation, with substantial activity
in estate planning and probate matters.
Jerry is a graduate of the University of Pacific (B.A. 1975),
University of Santa Clara (J.D. 1980) and New York University (LLM
in taxation, 1981).
Jerry is a member of the California State Bar, the American Bar
Association and the Riverside County Bar Association. Other
professional and personal affiliations include membership in the
Orange County Water Association, the Board of Directors of the
Riverside Salvation Army, and the Riverside Chamber of
Commerce.
